This is why we pre approve our quality tenants, so upon your approval we can get these tenants into your property straight away. We hate vacancies. Our goal is to have a full portfolio of happy tenants. Tenants can book inspections without contacting a property manager, and we ensure we are there to attend. We also set two open homes per week for prospective tenants that have not yet registered. Our vacancy rates are less than our competitors and we are proud of that. We never miss an enquiry and qualify our tenants to suit. We have a 90 day lease renewal procedure so we can have the next tenant ready to move in when your current tenant moves out.
