This is why we pre approve our quality tenants, so upon your approval we can get these tenants into your property straight away. We hate vacancies. Our goal is to have a full portfolio of happy tenants. Tenants can book inspections without contacting a property manager, and we ensure we are there to attend. If our team can not rectify the issue that is when we engage a licensed professional either of whom we trust or one that you prefer.
We are trying to make arrears a thing of the past. 95% of our tenants use our direct debit service to ensure that no payments are missed. We take arrears very seriously and have a zero tolerance for unpaid rent. We have a call, SMS and email follow up procedure for any tenant in arrears. You are updated throughout this process and we will seek your instructions for further action.
As an investor it is your choice as to how often you would like to be disbursed. We can action this weekly, mid monthly, fortnightly or monthly. It is also your choice as to whether you would like to reserve an amount with us at all times to cover any maintenance issues that may arise. Furthermore we can pay any bills relating to your property on your behalf as per your instruction.

We have created an online portal where you can simply login, view or download your statements, inspection reports or maintenance requests and proceed with your day.
